Walk directly into the spacious, open plan living space which is just fabulous, there’s a wood burner for those colder evenings and underfloor heating throughout the property. The 22-foot bi-folding doors lead out onto a beautiful decked area with spectacular views of the rolling hills and valley, a great space for relaxing with a glass of your favourite tipple as you watch the sun go down and listen to the local wildlife, don’t forget there is also the private hot tub on the decked area which is undercover and has a Smart TV on the wall!
Nearby there are walks aplenty for the more active, and many open gardens to explore including Hergest Croft Gardens in nearby Kington. There is also the small breed animal park situated just outside Kington, which younger visitors will be able to enjoy all year round. Kington also provides guests with pubs and restaurants to enjoy, as well as a number of takeaway restaurants if you are looking to enjoy a night in. The property is just 13 miles from the popular town of Hay-on-Wye which is famous for its many book shops and annual Hay Festival, which attracts many visitors each year, including many celebrity faces.
