"Everything and everyone were great at the Hôtel Emeraude. We were welcomed warmly, told where the room was which was bright and spacious and had air-con which was a bonus as it was a hot day. We were advised on where to park, breakfast and dining options. The area around the hotel is gorgeous and there is a lovely view on the lake from the terrace where we had dinner. I wouldhappily stay there again."

The owner was so welcoming, our room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was served in a nice room and the restaurant experience was superb - we had a delicious dinner outside on the terrace. "Splendid character cottage nearby to owners’ (Martin,Stella and Ziggy the dog) house. Idyllic setting with garden, patio and pool. Lovely to lounge when the weather was hot and a good base to explore places such as Limoges, Oradour-sur-Glane, and Jumilhac-le-Grand. Voie Verte starting in nearby Oradour-sur-Vayres is a great cycle path. Martin and Stella were great hosts and"

"Location was perfect and check in and parking we're easy. It's an old building which has been tastefully decorated. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great shower. Would have liked and egg with breakfast. "
