Then come home and gather with the family in the spacious living room and large family room. You will love the private backyard with the unique boulder fire pit, great for smores! Enjoy a nice dinner on the patio or rock on the front porch and watch the sunset. After a long day of exploring, you can look forward to a great nights sleep. All three bedrooms have super comfy queen beds and resort sheets. Looking for things to do...We are walking distance from the Worlds Oldest Rodeo! Stroll downtown and enjoy the night life at the bars and restaurants on the square. Or go for a great hike, just 2 miles from beautiful Thumb Butte Mountain. Barn house was nice and spacious. Unfortunately, it was very dusty. We had to wipe everything down, Keurig and small 4 cup coffee pot were dirty. We drink lots of coffee so we went and bought a coffee maker. Not many pots or pans plus they were not in good condition...food stuck to pans and cookie sheet was old and rusted. If you plan on cooking then you should think about taking your own cookware...owner should think about replacing all the cookware and utensils. Cobwebs over the entry door and chairs outside in the front. Once we cleaned it up it was nice and we did have a good time. Owner was apologetic about the situation. We did appreciate that.

Perfect intimate house!
Our stay was amazing! This house has a lot of character and is very well put together. My kids had an amazing time playing in the backyard and Having the bunkbed was a plus. The host was very accommodating when we arrived early. Would definitely stay here again!

House was clean and had plenty of space. Unfortunately the outside patio furniture was filthy and we couldn't enjoy the outside. With our short stay it wasn't worth the hassle of contacting the property manager.

We really enjoyed our stay at the barn house! Everything was clean and cozy and it was very spacious for our family of 6. My kids loved the chess/checker table and the backyard was very cool. We were there during a cold spell and were glad to find plenty of extra blankets, as well as a space heater. We will definitely be back!

Great for a family vacation
My adult family stayed here for a week's long vacation. The house is exactly what you see in pictures and clean. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out in their own rooms and plenty of space in the shared space to gather. Location was great and the house is only 5-7 minutes from Whiskey Row with tons of local bars and restaurants. Marsha was an excellent host, checking in periodically throughout our stay to make sure everything was meeting our expectations.

We really enjoyed how close the house was to restaurants and whiskey row. We also loved that the cabinets were labeled, so we didn’t have to keep opening up every cabinet and possibly put things away in the wrong cabinet.

This is a nice home that is very clean. Perfect getaway. Quiet neighborhood. The host, Marsha is very attentive and communicates very well. We were not able to enjoy the outside due to snow and cold weather but I would definitely book again for some relaxation. Overall this is a very nice place and is suitable for families. Lots of room!!!
