Spacious Condo

“Good Vibes” are what we hope you will feel when you arrive at this newly updated condo. This light and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor unit is located just ½ mile from beautiful downtown Prescott’s Courthouse Square, shops and restaurants. This condo features vaulted ceilings and skylights which provide plenty of natural light. There is also a comfortable and spacious living room with a 55” Smart TV and electric fireplace. And there is a separate seating area to read or just relax. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a 55” Smart TV and ensuite with a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, desk and spacious walk-in closet. All bedding and linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, high quality cookware and utensils; everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals (except the food, of course). For your comfort the condo is equipped with baseboard heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Direct TV, high-speed WIFI internet, washer, dryer, and more. There are two assigned parking spaces one non-covered and one covered. The condo has access to Granite Creek and you can follow the creek to a park near downtown Prescott.

Comfortable Condo
This condo was a comfortable place to host two dads and their three sons who were in Prescott for a soccer tournament. The host was very sweet to leave goodies for the kids to eat. This condo is on the 2nd floor and has a downstairs neighbor.

Cute condo, very clean and comfortable. Description accurate. There are a few flights of stairs, but very manageable. Nice quiet complex. Easy parking, walking distance to brewery and other restaurants and shops. In nice weather, walking distance to downtown. Very good option for visiting Prescott - we would stay again!

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, comfy condo! The location was excellent (just a short ride to the courthouse square), and it was so quiet & peaceful at the condo. The condo was very clean & well maintained. The owners had great communication, and even left several nice touches (wine & snacks) for us to enjoy. We would definitely stay again, and would recommend to anyone looking for someplace to stay in Prescott!

My best friend & both our daughters stayed for a long weekend. We were AMAZED of how spacious, clean, welcoming, and good vibes this place really had. When we came in there was a welcome sign with all our names on it. A goody basket with snacks & candy. They even left a complimentary bottle of wine. We will be coming back 1000%. Almost don’t want to write this review because I want this gem to stay hidden :) This condo was awesome! It is in a location that is walking distance to the downtown area, and right across from Lazy G’s Brewhouse, a fun bar/restaurant with great atmosphere. Covered parking, condo on second floor but still felt very private. Loved all the amenities provided- towels, hair dryer, shower toiletries, pillows galore, snacks, waters, wine! They even had a personalized sign to welcome us. Prompt communication with the owner and very helpful with sending locations/maps. It was perfect for a weekend getaway and we would love to come back again! :)

We were in town for a wedding. We were 2 blocks from the bridal shower. The place was clean and well stocked with dishes, snacks, etc. It is a good floorplan. The neighbors were nice. We were made to feel at home. I hope to make it back to Prescott some time and would like to stay at this place again, should I require the additional space.

This second floor condo was quiet, clean, and roomy for two. Walking distance to old Prescott but partially sheltered from noise by Granite Creek. The owners provided all the amenities for a nice getaway - ceiling fans, AC, and a grill were appreciated! We look forward to returning.

The condo was perfect. Super clean and had everything you could possibly need. There was really nice added touches of having a welcome sign with our names on it, snacks for us and coffee pods were the bomb since we forgot coffee. I would highly recommend this condo and will stay there next year again.

Over and beyond.
Very nice condo and close to town. First day with the heat wave ac wasn’t cooling off. The owners went and and bought 2 floor ac units to cool off the place. A great place to stay to do down town Prescott.
