This newly renovated, 700 sqft 1920's home is loaded with charm and amenities. Situated in south downtown Prescott, you're just a short walk away from the heart of the city and Whiskey Row. Stroll across the street and enjoy live music and great beer at Prescott's most popular brewery.

This two bedroom, two bath has been fully renovated with a stylish, modern flair. New heating and AC installed last year. Each of the two bedrooms has a cozy queen bed, with the master bedroom boasting it's own spacious ensuite. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, cookware and spices. The backyard is fenced for your own privacy and pets. Sit under the pergola with your morning coffee and look out over the pristine garden, or bbq your favorite dinner on the patio.

Perfect location for walking downtown to enjoy our local shops, antique stores, farmer markets, and delicious restaurants. LazyG Brewhouse, the most popular brewery in Prescott, is just a minute walk across the street. Pet and kid friendly too! Just a short drive from the house, you'll find access to the countless hiking trails and over 300 miles of mountain biking trails. Absolutely loved our stay. The place was super clean, had all needed utilities and more. Restaurant suggestions were spot on and the location was perfect for checking out this cool area. Host was super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here while in Prescotr.

You won’t regret staying in this sweet bungalow. The beds were very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, cute decor and lovely back yard space. It is in a great location walkable to coffee shops. We will be back!

Perfect Thanksgiving Away

Our stay was wonderful. This property was adorable, with everything we could have wanted. It was walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops, yet quiet. It was extremely clean inside and out. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Prescott.

Perfect Stay for Embry Dropoff and Parent Fun
Perfect stay in Prescott! We stayed 5 nights as our son was starting his college experience at Embry. Comfortable beds, nice yard to relax, very clean and nice touches everywhere. So close to town we eat at nearly all the Whiskey Row establishments. 14 min to Embry Riddle too and close to all the shopping we needed for the dorm. Will stay again!

Perfect Bungalow
We had a great time in Prescott at this gorgeous property. We had everything we needed for our stay - beds were comfortable, back yard was great for evenings by the fire pit, and the kitchen had all we needed to cook a few meals. Close to downtown for easy access to restaurants and shopping. Thanks for being amazing hosts!

A nicely decorated house with a great back yard. We enjoyed our stay. The owners did a nice job with the decor and amenities available for guests. We had everything we needed, and then some. Kitchen super stocked, even ice was put in the freezer. Very comfy, adorable cottage, great deco, and nice back patio for relaxing and enjoying the weather.
