Stunning view!
Absolutely amazing! Breathtaking views of the city. We enjoyed pur views with our coffee on the patio in the morning and then wine by the fire at night. Had everything we needed inside the spacious house. Paula thought of every detail to ensure our stay was enjoyable. She was very attentive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Will be back!!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The views are fantastic, from any part of the huge patio. The property was fun to explore, seeing many birds and small wildlife and also four javelina that wondered through the yard. The house was very comfortable to "hang out" in. The communication with Paula, the host, was excellent.

Absolutely perfect. 4 adult couples hitting the local jeep trails. Great place to clean up, watch the sunset with a cocktail then off to town for dinner. Should have stayed at the house, grilled and hung out on the perfect patio. We will be back!!

Great Escape
This home is high on a hill with amazing views. You are still only a couple of minutes to the city's plaza though, which was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The house was too, with a tree with lights that we loved having on at night. Paula was a pleasure to work with and even let us stay past checkout with no charge. We will be back!

An Amazing View! You won't want to miss this one!
We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Prescott Sunset Sanctuary. The view out over Prescott and the surrounding area is incomparable, with everything laid out before you almost as if you were in an airplane. If you like mountain views, this is the place for you. The patio is massive, and complete with a living room suite of patio furniture with all the appropriate cushions and two massive sun umbrellas for shade, plus two fire pits with more outdoor furniture around them, PLUS a picnic table with a third huge sun umbrella on the patio on the side of the house. This house’s patio is MADE for living outdoors! Also there are several large comfortable couches inside in the living room, a large dining table, and the kitchen is wonderfully stocked with more spices and basic cooking supplies (flour, white and cane sugars, olive oil, etc.) than any other rental I have stayed in! Plus two kinds of coffeemakers, a toaster oven, and a very nice convection oven. Best of all, Paula, the host, was extremely attentive, quick to respond to any questions we had, and even brought over a small drink blender when I mentioned that I couldn’t find a blender to make frozen mochas for my wife! She was the best host I have had in the two dozen or so I have experienced with house rentals. She goes above and beyond all normal host expectations. We even had two deer saunter past the patio as we sat out there! We are sure to return in the future. Also, it is great for a walker or wheelchair.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property had everything we needed and more. We loved the view and Paula let us know about fireworks on Saturday evening which we watched from the patio on the back porch.

Beautiful property and great experience!
We had a great time spending a few days in this home. The views are exceptional and the surroundings are quiet and serene. Very quick drive (or walk!) to get to shops and restaurants and a comfortable, relaxing environment to call home. The check-in process and all instructions for the home were very simple and easy to follow. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!

Top of hill with 180 degree view
This home is wonderful. The view is to die for. View of Thumb Butte, Granite Mtn, all of Prescott, you can see the Dells, etc. The home was extremely clean, laid out well. Amenities were off the hook. The host, Paula, was fantastic. She made our stay very nice. Great communication from her when it was requested. I highly recommend this home. I plan on returning to Prescott in the near future and I plan on staying here again. Thank Paula, you were outstanding!!
