Great Property
This is a very clean and quiet property with comfortable accommodations. The location was not far from downtown (short drive or bike). Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our needs
Great little place, VERY clean and well stocked, loved the flavored coffee creamers! Just a minute drive to Whiskey Row. It was a perfect place for us to go exploring all day, then come back and use the gas grill to cook up some steaks. Great value!

Very enjoyable!
We just stayed a month at this lovely little condo. Very clean, comfortable (loved the comfy bed),and close to downtown square. We drove down but you could walk. Would highly recommend. Hope to spend some time here next summer.

Great Place!
This place is extremely comfortable and beautifully remodeled. A nice end unit. Very close to Whiskey Row but because of the hills we still drove. Parking in the downtown area is very easy. If you visit you must go to Watson Lake!

Pleasantly surprised!
I must admit the surrounding neighborhood looked a little sketchy but I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the front door! Everything was brand new, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well stocked. It was also very quiet and located just a short distance to the historical district. We would definitely stay here again!

The one bedromm cottage was wonderful! So new I was afraid to touch anything!
This sweet little place was well stocked with all the possible kitchen items I could need. Everything is new and super clean. Great king sized bed closet space and a dresser. Quiet location within walking distance to downtown. Wish we were staying longer! We will be back! A hidden gem!

Could not be more perfect
I am typically in Prescott for 2 nights doing design sessions. While I always have stayed in hotels, this time I chose to do this vrbo. I will never go back to the hotels nor will I ever choose a different vrbo. This place was perfect and the owners were so accommodating with my need to get in early. I would absolutely recommended!

Clean, comfortable quiet and safe.
Thoroughly enjoyed the property. It had everything we needed was as presented in the listing. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good access to downtown. We did not cook but noticed other than spices and coffee fixings there are no foodstuffs( bit of flower, oil etc) or condiments like we have seen at some other rentals.Would hesitate to recommend or rent again if we had a need in this area.

Peaceful and serene
Very pleased with the accomodations. Loved the little shaded courtyard. We did have one mishap tho. We broke one of the plastic ice cube trays so left a couple dollars on the counter for replacement! Sorry! This is definitely on our list for return stays! Thank you so much.

Simply perfect!
My son and I were in Prescott for the weekend leading up to an Embry Riddle campus tour on Monday. We could not have asked for a better place to call home during our time here. The condominium is well appointed with new furnishings throughout; it's impeccably clean and fresh; the bed and pillows are very comfortable; the neighborhood was quiet... I could go on and on. Lisa was very helpful. We highly recommend this Prescott getaway!

Great property!! Great people!!
What a wonderful stay we had! My son and I were I Prescott for 5 nights. The property is very comforatbale and quiet. The outside courtyard is being upgraded and will soon be very very nice! The family in charge are spectacular! Really felt like we were home! The kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to prepare meals. They really planned out what to have in the units to make the stay very comfortable! Thank you Lisa for being so kind! You and your family are lovely! We look forward to coming back to Prescott again and we definitely hope your place is available to stay with you again! God bless you and your lovely family!!!

Clean and cozy
This little getaway was perfect for our 2 day stay. It seems like it has recently been remodeled. Everything looks new, the design is simple and very appealing. We stay at VRBO properties often and cleanliness is always a big factor. This property was very clean, organized and had all the things we needed for our short stay. The value was also great. There are many other properties that not as "fresh" for more money! The unit is attached to some other units but it was very quiet and he host family respected our privacy. The location could not have been better to see Prescott. We spent some time downtown and it is just a few blocks away. Overall, we would recommend this property if you appreciate clean and simple. We were visiting family in town and we will be back the next time we are in town.

Quiet, Comfortable, Close to Downtown
Pros: Quiet - Close to the main road for ease of avcess, but far enough away that you do not hear traffic. Comfortable: Family of 4, my wife and I stayed in the master which was unexpectedly comfortable and the kids slept on the pull out bed with no issue. Close to downtown: Not close enough to convieniently walk, but no more than a 2-3 minute drive. Despite being there for a large event, parking was never an issue. Cons: The outside and surrounding area does not match the interior. While the inside was very modern and clean, the outside area/curb appeal is not that inviting. (Regardless, quite and no issues whatsoever to be clear). You could easily ride a bike to and from downtown however if you were planning to walk from the location to downtown it would be at least 15 minutes. Not necessarily a detractor, simply worth mentioning if you're expecting to walk out the front door and be in the downtown area. Overall: I think it all comes down to asking whether or not we would stay here again and we definitely would! Despite the area surrounding the property appearing a bit run down, the owners have done an excellent job updating the interior to match modern standards. We stayed two nights for an event that was taking place over the weekend and shuttle to and from downtown multiple times. The location was extremely convenient for the event downtown along with dinner outings in the surrounding area.

Lovely and comfortable, less the perfume
We enjoyed the apartment in every way. I'm partial to open spaces and this fit the bill. I was able to cook and still be with the rest of the family while they relaxed on the spacious comfortable couch...watching the large screen. I chose this rental for that reason and the fact that it is newly remodeled. The ONLY draw back was the plugged in artificial perfume/air pollutant/freshener. Even after putting it outside and having the windows open, the smell never went away for the four days we stayed. In my opinion, those are used to cover up unwanted smell and is overall a degrading aspect to the indoor environment. Just like not having scented laundry detergent, the room should be scent free. I feel the same about the dish soap. Unscented products are a neutral option when serving the public. Everything else was great.

Good location, nicely updated.
Loved our stay at this condo. It was clean, quiet, and close enough to walk to the square, Starbucks, Black Dog coffee, many restaurants, and the farmer's market. There is plenty of room for parking. The oversized couch was a nice deviation from many other rental options. The kitchen is updated, including granite countertops, and well stocked.

Great home!
Beautiful little apartment. Nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you need. Kitchen is stocked with little extras; coffee, creamer, sugar, oatmeal. A full spicerack is nice and you have everything you need to cook and bake. The location is very close to historic district although we always drove. Just easier. After a day of activities we enjoyed relaxing "at home" . We would love to come back to Prescott and when we do we will stay at Prescott Getaway. I highly recommend this home!
