Fully renovated cabin w/ private forest views & 3.2 miles to downtown Prescott!

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom towering home in the ponderosa pines of Prescott is the perfect blend of rustic mountain getaway and modern luxury!

This home has TWO covered porches for your use. The second floor porch is a day dreamer's paradise. Take a seat on one of the Adirondack chairs, close your eyes, and listen to the wind floating through the pines. The ground level porch is perfect for those evening BBQ meals off the gas grill - sit down at the table and enjoy.

Inside you will find a completely renovated kitchen featuring gorgeous cabinets, ample work space on the granite countertops with luxurious stainless steel appliances. Not to mention a coffee bar with a Keurig machine for your use. Not a coffee drinker? Heat up some hot water in our teapot and make yourself a cup of hot cocoa.

The main living area includes an inviting table for family dinners and with reclining leather couches next to the wood-burning classic cabin fireplace. The fireplace is located in the living room with bordering windows that have tree views, which invites you to gaze up amongst the tree tops and enjoy the clouds slowly passing by or the endless stars during evening hours. There is also a mini split that can help heat/cool down the space.

Off of the main living area, access the fully renovated bathroom with stunningly tiled walk in shower that is stocked with full amenities. The master bedroom is very spacious and includes a queen size bed, a large walk in closet, dresser and great views of the from every window. Bedroom no. 2 includes TWO bunk beds that have a full mattress on bottom and a twin on top, and a dresser. Open the brand new dual pane windows at night to get fresh mountain air wafting into the bedrooms as you lay down for the night. There are also fans and space heaters located in each bedroom for added comfort. Be sure to enjoy the deck for your morning coffee!

For your entertainment, we have provided a TV, card / board games, books. The use of this property and all amenities are at your own risk.

The home has been set up for self check-in, however, I am available 24/7 for any questions or needs you may have.

Please note that we have a strict no pet and no smoking policy in place. This includes smoking inside & outside. No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed, this is not a party home.

Great location, beautiful, cozy…
Perfect place to kick your feet up and relax! Within 10 minutes of Goldwater Lake and Whiskey Row! Everything was clean and well stocked. We would stay here again for sure.

Peace & Quiet in Prescott
Our goal was to find a vacation rental in a very quiet area and still be close to downtown Prescott. The location of this remodeled cabin just can't be beat! It borders state land and is situated in a nice neighborhood south of downtown Prescott. Surrounded by pines and oaks, our stay was peaceful and relaxing. The cabin is impeccable and tastefully decorated. Christina was very accommodating and responsive to our request for an early arrival time. My only regret was not staying longer - but the next time we travel to Prescott we will definitely stay in this cabin again!

Perfect Family Getaway
Perfect amount of seclusion, felt like you had no neighbors and home backed up to the Pines. Wildlife spotting for the kids and relaxing deck to have dinner and drinks. Exceptionally clean home with all the added modern amenities. Kids loved their bunk beds. Highly recommend this listing and plan to return.

This place was exactly what my family and I were looking for in Prescott. Easy to get to, super clean, excellent communication with the host, very easy check-in/check-out process and exactly how it looked in the pictures. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and picture perfect scenery on the property. We will absolutely look to book here again and would recommend to anyone that wants a great place to stay in Prescott.

Beautiful place with beautiful views. It was tucked back in the pines and the views from the deck and patio made us feel secluded and so cozy! It had everything we needed and wanted. The use of the firepit was such a nice thing to unwind and enjoy after long days of baseball tournaments. We would definitely pick this place again!

I had an amazing time at this location! We came for our sons tournament and we loved it!! My kiddos had an amazing time making s’mores, we didn’t spent much time in the cabin due to the games we were at but over all it was nice. Very clean and comfy!! Would go back again

Great Getaway Close to Town
Quiet neighborhood on the edge of state land. Less than 10 minutes from Goldwater lakes in one direction and town square in the other. Beautiful view of the stars at night. Great escape location.

Great stay
The property was super cute and perfect when we were in town for a soccer tournament. The cabin is obviously well taken care of. It is decorated so well and it has all the amenities you want with kiddos (random things like a pizza baking tray, pizza cutter, clear instructions, close hikes/lakes/parks). We use VRBO a lot and this was truly a gem. We had 2 adults and 4 kids. The kids LOVED it. The supplied Nespresso was very thoughtful, as was the abundance of hot cocoa. I had to text the owner to clarify the use of the fireplace (which turned out to be super easy with the supplied logs) and she responded within minutes. I would highly recommend this property.
