Downtown Cottage 3 bdrm 2 bath Newly remodeled

The Downtown Cottage is a newly remodeled modern/cottage style house. It is a quaint house tucked away in the pine trees just 2 minutes from beautiful downtown Prescott. It is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy an amazing get away. There is a King bed in the master, a queen bed in guest room#1, and 2 twin beds in guest room #2. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook many meals. You are within minutes from tons of hiking and biking trails, restaurants, and shopping.
I do allow pets, as long as you pay the $100 pet fee.

Had an amazing time!
It can be pretty hard to find hosts willing to rent to younger adults so this was a total win!! The property was beautiful and has some awesome natural structures in the yard! it's super close to downtown (3 minute drive) as well as the local lakes (10 minute drive to watson/lynx)!! We had a lovely time, definitely recommend!!

Spent the weekend in this lovely updated home! The yard was amazing and my dogs really enjoyed running up and around the rocks and boulders. The home is clean spacious and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The host is also super responsive!

This is the perfect place for a small family to stay. It was walking distance to downtown (about 1 mile), and in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean.

Awesome Accommodation in Prescott, AZ
The property has a great set up for families with separate sleeping quarters and communal kitchen / living area. Close enough to walk into Prescott but far enough away not to be in the centre of town. Very peaceful and would definitely recommend / use again when we return.

We have stayed with Corrie before and this stay was amazing as usual 😁 The place was clean and well stocked up on arrival, the location cannot be beat( the property is literally 2 minutes from the heart of town) and she was in communication whenever we needed. You will love this rental and we HIGHLY recommend it!

Peaceful mountain air right in town
This stay was absolutely perfect. Extremely clean and remodeled home that had everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. This home made us feal like we were in the middle of the forest althogh we were right in town. Almost a park like atmosphere outside. Can't wait to go back!
