"I booked this hotel seven months in advance, primarily to watch the Giro. When we arrived at the hotel, we found it was closed for the season. We missed the Giro and had to scramble for a room. "This hotel is a must! On a quiet part of Lake Garda but with plenty of restaurants. Our stay was amazing. Incredible staff, breakfast, clean comfortable rooms. View of the lake across the street and beautiful wellness facility!"

"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. "The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "

"Beautiful chalet stay, amazing restaurant, a stones through away from the beach and a 15min walk from town. Absolutely loved staying here. Pool is very cold though but that's ok as the lake is right there anyway."
