"It's a hostel and you're not paying for anything fancy. What you get here is basic but the important things that matter are all there and done really well. "Was perfect for what we needed. It’s an old building so it echoes and is a bit noisy. But overall was a good value for location. If you absolutely need A/C double check when they turn it on and off for the season. That was the only issue we had was very hot at night. "

"Great location right by Diagonal Metro station and the main shopping streets, so a good base. Surprising quality accommodations for a hostel. Only slight issue was a slight stale bathroom smell in our private room but it really didn’t affect our stay. I would use again. "

"This hostel is fantastic—beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean! The staff truly stands out. Renato was incredibly welcoming, answered all my questions, gave me a tour of the hostel, and helped with all my transportation questions. Llambri took us out dancing at some great bars and clubs—her energy is magnetic! She is sweet and helpful. My only suggestion would be to offer exclusively plant-based options for breakfast and dinner. This would make the meals more inclusive, ensuring all...

"Casa Luz is clean and comfortable. It is located near a lot of attractions without being on La Rambla which it could be crowded and noisy. Excellent service and you can have breakfast with a nice view from the six floor. "

"Beautiful historical building! Clean and comfortable. Staffs are nice and friendly. Located in safe area. Shopping area is right there. Pharmacy is in front of the building. A few good cafes are besides the hotel. Close to markets, metro station and tourist information booth in Catalunya park. The bus stop for airport shuttle bus ( available 24 hours) is nearby. Very convenient. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel."

"Stayed in an XL room on the 2nd floor. Can get a little noisy between 10pm-2am at the nearby restaurant. No fault of the hotels though. Loved the modern vibe, the no kids, the rooftop terrace, and the friendly staff. Also in a very convenient location to explore the city. "
