"The hotel has deteriorated significantly in one year. The hot tub was cold, they would not turn on the heat in the building, and the hot water was a gamble, at best. We asked about heat, and they said that they donā€™t turn it on in October. They closed the front desk at 8 ish in the evening and did not have anyone there until the morning. "We didnā€™t like the food there, they should change to chef. The people who are employed there are smoking near to the balconies and all the smell comes inside of the room. They are having only singles beds so itā€™s hard to nurse a baby between the beds. No one came to clean the room when we stayed there so we have to put the garbage outside of the room and to ask them for picking up. "

"Perfectly located in the centre of the old town, with a great breakfast. Lacked a bar on site, but plenty of options nearby. Only negative was that the room was so hot, and there didn't seem to be any way of controlling it. My room looked out on to an inner courtyard so not a lot of natural light coming in. One thing note that there's no grills and oven only microwave/electric kettle/coffee maker so you cannot cook except microwave meals or warm it up. Except kitchen, commute was very good, carrefour xpress and restaurants are 2-5mins walk and central/old city, Tampa telecabina/mountain areas and property owner...

"The apartment was easy to find near the Black Church. Parking not so easy on a Saturday, but we were able to unload right outside the apt so it was an easy walk back.
