"During our stay, we found the majority of the staff to be exceptional in their service and friendliness. However, we did encounter a slight challenge with the concierge. Unlike the rest of the team, his demeanor felt a bit less welcoming, and we often had to work harder to extract information from him. "Clean and nice hotel with all you need. A big Migros is nearby which is convenient. Bars and restaurants/ski lift are 2-3 stops away by shuttle."

"I really loved this property and truthfully cannot complain much about it. The area was beautiful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only downside was that not every employee treated me at the same level as some of the other guests. I believe this was due to my age. However, while checking in, the couple in front of me were given a lot of information regarding the spa, breakfast, ski shuttle, and more amenities. I was simply given the room key and had to ask multiple questions about the hotel and all it had to offer. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay and loved the hotel. "
