Très bien. Satisfaite à tous les niveaux ! Personnel très agréable et Club bien placé. C'est juste dommage qu'un guide indépendant du club qui propose des sorties sur place soit aussi désagréable, présomptueux, voire insolent. Je conseille le Club mais certainement pas le guide.

Le club est bien situé. La chambre est fontionnelle mais la salle de bain est trop petite. Le buffet etait sympa il y en a pour tout les gouts mais on a eu mieux. Le gros point negatif en 2023 c'est d'avoir des fenetres simple vitrage dans les chambres et le prix des consommations au bar elles sont trop cheres, surtout pour ouvrir des bouteilles en plastiques et vous servir un verre.

Cela fait la cinquième fois que nous allons dans ce club belambra.Très bien situé pour faire des activités diverses. Nous sommes relativement dessus des repas car très peu de choix. Niveau propreté c’est convenable. Le personnel est très sympathique.

court séjour à refaire sans problème !!
Court séjour de 3 jours agréables en formule "pension complète", hotel club idéal avec enfants. Nous étions deux, pour un week-end ski, pistes à 5-10 minutes à pied, navettes régulières. Le site a été rénové, peinture au gout du jour, mais, certains équipements mériteraient d'etre repris totalement (Simple vitrage SDB). Service restauration et PDJ de qualité, à volonté, personnel attentif et avenant, apte à répondre à nos attentes ou demandes spécifiques ( Départ tot le matin). Seul bémol, l'impossibilité d'acceder aux logements en voiture, ce qui implique de décharger et se porter les bagages à pieds, fastidieux avec de gros bagages ( matériel et vetements ski) surtout sur un trajet en pente. Des chariots sont bien disponible, mais, ils sont d'un autre age, et de faible capacité... Hormis ça, très bons souvenirs, experience à renouveller sans problème, dans cet hotel-club ou dans un autre établissement Belambra

Séjour de 5 nuits, c'est la première fois que nous partions en hôtel club, nous avons passé un bon séjour, le personnel y est agréable et disponible, animations adaptées aux familles, petite station familiale.Par contre nous avons été surpris que le ménage ne soit pas fait tous les jours (quand on se qualifie d'hôtel, les prestations devraient être comparables à un hôtel), quant aux horaires du restaurant, il faut penser arriver 15 minutes minimum avant la fin et se servir tous les plats car quand ils disent diners servis jusqu'à 20h45, il faut comprendre qu'il range tous les plats à cet horaire. Parking non adapté à la capacité d'accueil de l'établissement, pas de wifi gratuit dans les chambres, il faut se faire soit-même le service au bar alors qu'il y a du personnel??!!

Très belle établissement .
Très bonne réception, très beau buffet matin et soir, personnels à l'écoute des clients. Pour l'amélioration, les escaliers métalliques en bout des bâtiments pourraient être recouverts de tapis caoutchouc. Les allées sont verglacées et dangereuses le traitement devrait se faire dans l'après midi en plus du matin.

Week-end au ski donc peu de temps passé à l'hotel. Les services de l'hotel étaient corrects mais nous avons été déçus sur deux points : - pas de wi-fi gratuite contrairement aux informations du site de réservation, - difficulté de se garer dans le parking de l'hôtel, par manque de place. A part ces deux points, nous avons été satisfaits.

Excellente expérience
Venus en famille mais peu gâtés par la météo, nous avons pu apprécier la gentillesse du personnel et le confort de l’hôtel (restaurant, bar, salons, jeux à disposition). Le mini club pour les enfants est agréable, le personnel compétent et souriant. les enfants en redemandaient ! Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et propres. Il faut faire 500m à pied pour rejoindre les pistes mais au milieu d'un petit bois, ce n'est pas si dérangeant. pour les paresseux, il y a la navette ! ;-)
