"The facility was not fully ready to host guests. The AC window units were not properly installed and were just placed on a table next to the balcony door with the door open to vent the water out. The open balcony door was letting too many mosquitoes in. The floors of the building were under construction and caused a bit inconvenience. The staff was ok overall but there was no service that you would for the price I paid."
