BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: The home has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. All three bedrooms have king sized beds. The first bedroom is on the main floor with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms are on the second level with a shared full bathroom shower/tub combo in the hallway. Additionally, there is a loft area with a couch and desk for hanging out or getting work done. There is a half bathroom on the main level.
KITCHEN/DINING: This complete kitchen has everything you will need to prepare any meals you desire during your visit. With the open concept setting you can entertain your guests while cooking up a feast! Stainless steel appliances including a large oven, gas range, and microwave. Patio doors off the dining area lead out to a beautiful deck area for barbecues, or just relaxing and taking in the views. The dining table can seat up to 8 guests with an additional 3 seats at the kitchen island.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a cozy sectional for snuggling up in front of the gas fireplace on chilly evenings or to gather around the large flat screen TV for a movie.
SETTING: Cowboy Retreat is in the Paradise Valley, between the small towns of Emigrant and Pray. Views are of the rugged Absaroka Mountains and Emigrant Peak - which is just above the main attraction in this part of the valley, Chico Hot Springs.
TOWN/AIRPORT: It's about 4 miles to the town of Emigrant which has a small general store, saloon, café, post office, and ice cream store. Livingston and Gardiner are both 20-30 miles from the home. The closest airport is Bozeman International Airport approximately 57 miles away.
NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Chico Hot Springs, or "Chico" as the name is shortened by locals, is open to the public and is a must do while you are here. Go for some great food, a relaxing soak in the hot springs, or some fun local music and a great dancing scene. Besides Chico, there is fishing on the Yellowstone River just a few minutes away, hiking and mountain biking on nearby trails, horseback riding, golf, skiing, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the towns of Livingston, Bozeman and Gardiner have to offer.
