"The property is beautiful from the artfully crafted rooms to the gorgeous surroundings including the trail to the onsite waterfall. Being able to reserve the hot tub and sauna was another higlight of this trip. It was very relaxing. The staff was wonderfully. Chuck was able to give us a brief tour of a couple of the cottages (my husband and I stayed in the Mill of the Frozen Falls room in the mansion). The attention to detail of the decor in theae cottages is truly amazing. This was our second visit having previously stayed at The Roxbury Motel. We will definitely be back."

"Communication with host was very good, and accessing the property was easy. The location was also very good with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Pets a welcomed with no extra fees. Area rugs are worn and stained - should be replaced. Bathroom is very cramped."

"I had a very nice stay at the Phoenicia Lodge. I needed a nice quiet place to relax prior to my first "hard" hike. The best part of my stay was the genuine friendliness of the owner. She was like someone you have known forever and was very welcoming!"

"The Graham is the place to stay in the Catskills!! I stayed in the Bunkhouse and my small room had everything I needed. It was a solo trip and my room had bunk beds. That twin bed was so comfy and cozy! There were 3 bathrooms to share and the bathroom was big and sparking clean. Amazing water pressure and wonderful soap & shampoo. They texted me the morning of my arrival asking my ETA and what I’d like for my breakfasts. The one I chose had a yogurt, granola and fresh berries. And an apple cider donut. It was the BEST apple cider donut I’ve ever had. The Graham staff are the kindest folks and they lit a small campfire at night. There were picnic tables and they even have “The Den” with a tv, board games and couches so you can hang out. The pool wasn’t open during my stay but I most definitely will return this summer to lounge by it. From The Graham, it’s a quick walk to Main St. where you’ll find wonderful shopping. For food, I had an excellent burger & pizza at Brio. They also have a huge assortment of homemade cakes. If you need to get away from your phone and connect with nature, go to Phoenicia and stay at The Graham & Co.!"
