She even noticed it was my birthday on the passport and gave me a nice gift. I highly recommend Gabriella and this unit. "

"The apartment is small but charming. Very close to everything in Modena. We were out most of the time so it suited us. No kettle. About 40 steps up to apartment so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Great communication with the host"

"This was one of 3 rentals we did on our trip to Italy, and this was the BEST apt we booked. We only stayed 1 night here as a side trip but this apt was beautiful. The hosts were amazing! The check in process was so easy, they remotely let us in, and they let us leave our bags a bit longer after checking out so we could see a couple more things before leaving. "Luca is a great communicator and was generous with his time to share recommended locations for food & drink. He met us at the property for check in to give an introductory tour of the property and was very fast to reply to questions during our stay. The property has an incredible three-sided view over Modena! Taking the multiple flights of stairs up to the property is worth it for a unique experience and quiet escape in the city."

"My only complaint is that there are no shelves or surfaces to place items like shampoo, soaps, toothpaste, etc in the bathrooms, even in the shower. Otherwise the property is very nice."

"Wonderful, modern, immaculate apartment in a beautiful vintage building in the center of old Modena. The apartment was spacious enough for our three adults to be comfortable. Big new bathroom. Great location made it easy to walk everywhere. We loved all the natural light which kept the apartment bright and cheerful. The host was easy to communicate with and bent over backwards to accommodate us. We have rented a number of apartments in Modena in the past and this was by far the nicest."
