Situated on the West side of Praiano, the house provides stunning sunsets overlooking Positano, Li Galli islands and the Faraglioni rocks of Capri.
Equipped with lounge chairs and an outside table, the swimming pool area is the perfect place to start your day!
The apartment is equipped with all comfort, including air conditioning, free Wifi and Smart TV.

THE APARTMENT
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed (twin beds are possible upon request in one bedroom)
- a livingroom with a sofa-bed (bed size: 107x180 cm)
- 2 bathrooms with shower
- a kitchen with dining area
- a terrace with a gorgeous view of the sea
- garden area with outside shower, table and chairs and lounge chairs.
- Private swimming pool & Garden at lower level (from April to October).

The house is situated in a comfortable location, 5 minutes walking to useful shops, restaurants and the bus stop and 600-metres away to La Gavitella Beach (steps). Wifi Internet Connection is available and free of charge.

Tastefully furnished, the apartment has been recently renovated and can host up to 5 people.

The livingroom spacious and bright. It is equipped with a table with chairs, a sofa bed, a tv, a fireplace, a window with sea view and the access to the terrace and to the kitchen. Air-conditioning.

The kitchen is cozy and full equipped with a gas cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a oven, a microwave oven, a dish washer, a washing machine, a toaster, a boiler, American Coffee maker and other little home appliances. There is a window. The room is air-conditioned.

The first bedroom is spacious and furnished with a double bed and a window with sea view. It's air-conditioned.

The second bedroom has a double bed(that we can separate upon request) and a window overlooking the garden. Air-conditioning.

The bathrooms are accessible from the corridor. The first bathroom has got a double wash basin, a shower, a toilet and a hair dryer; the second bathroom features a wash basin, a shower, a toilet and a small window.

The terrace faces the sea and the Coast from Positano up to Capri and its Faraglioni. It's equipped with a ceramic table and 4 chair as well as deckchairs to relax outside.

The garden is equipped with a BBQ, outside shower, table with chairs and lounge chairs.

On the lower level, accessible by steps, there is a rectangular shaped pool with a semicircular entrance and measures 3mtx5mt in length and 1.40mt in depth.
The swimming pool will be open from April to October.

We'd like to welcome all guests, but because of steps (around 70 steps), we do not recommend to people with heart or mobility problems.

The apartment is part of a complex of two apartments (the apartment below is occupied by my family and I, a friendly dog lives with us). You will have access to the entire upper apartment, to your private garden and swimming pool area. When possible, we will try to help you without being invasive.

Guests are kindly asked to communicate an accurate time of arrival closer to their dates in order to arrange the check-in.

Extra Fees to be paid on the spot:
- City tax 3,00€ per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 10 years complimentary.
- Late Check-In: €20
- Parking on request (to be booked in advance).

Check-in from 4:30pm to 9:00pm. Later and earlier check-in must be agreed in advance.
Check-out before 10am.

Location:

You can reach the house from the street level (the Coastal road, where the Sita bus runs) going down along a famous walkway of about 200 metres - situated below the main Church- that includes approx. 70 steps in total.

You don't need a car for your stay here. You will be walking distance to many kind of shops such as grocery stores, bars, delicious restaurants, information office, pharmacy, hairdresser, butcher, ceramics and souvenirs shop, so on..

If you have a car we can reserve a parking space, for a fee, to be booked in advance.

A few minutes walking from the house there are restaurants, bars, grocery shop, tabacchi shop, butcher shop, pharmacy. All SITA buses stop in Praiano and, in addition, there is a small bus run by the Mobility Amalfi Coast company which travels between Praiano and Positano quite often.
The closest beach is La Gavitella, a beautiful spot worth the nearly 300 stairs to reach it. The water is crystal clear and with astonishing colors. The view of the shoreline and the mountains is breathtaking.
In many restaurants in Praiano the seafood is caught fresh on the day and served on charming pottery from Vietri. But the coast’s most important product is the lemon which here grows sweeter than elsewhere and for this reason it is used to prepare the famous "limoncello liqueur".
