He was brilliant and made us feel at home. He gave so many interesting details about the hotel and what was there before it was built as well as history of the town. "Gorgeous atmosphere and stunning room- well worth carrying suitcases up flights of stairs in the beautiful building, it's all so full of character! The hotel is well located for food and as a jumping off point for travel tours to the castles. The breakfast offering was great and all staff were wonderful and accommodating.
