"property is among the field , lovely location away from city. quite and nice. Only issue is no lift in the hotel and no reception staff if you arrive late, had to wait at the gate and security to arrive took 10 minutes. "

"We had the most amazing 7 day stay here. It's a family run business that treats you like a part of the family. They have a bakery on the property that supplied us with incredible sweets and espresso each day and they were some of the best we have ever had. Easy check in and easy check out with a special parting gift from the bakery. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. "The staff were very friendly and accommodated an earlier breakfast for us. Unfortunately the beds were not super comfortable and we were woken up by sounds throughout the night. We thought it was in a secluded location and not a major thoroughfare. The room was a nice size for a family of 4."

"The hotel is okay. It serves a purpose and is quite cheap. Close to the airport and the therme spa. Poor English spoken. I was also charged 2 times luckily my bank has refunded me. I paid on the link sent by hotels.com then they said they couldn’t see the payment and took my payment again when I thought they was checking my card details to find my payment. They also put us in the wrong room then asked us to move but eventually left us. The cleaner tried to open our door at 10am. When I opened...

"The owners went out of their way to provide any service they can to make the stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond by doing some laundry then refused any payment. I was extremely grateful because we were running out of clean clothes. The rooms were amazing. The restaurant provided one of the finest meals we had during our trip. The property was tranquil and relaxing."

Somewhat difficult to find, as the address takes you to a different area about 2 miles away. If one enters Poiana Cristian in the GPS system, it takes you directly to the property. "Hotel é bom, quarto amplo, banheiro bom, colchão decente, WI-FI funcionando bem, estacionamento ao lado do hotel e gratuito. Atendimento é bom, mas a mulher, nem sempre está na recepção e tem de ligar pra ela, se não tiver um numero de telefone funcionando na Romênia, poderá demorar um pouco as vezes, mas no geral foi muito produtiva minha estadia lá."
