If you are seeking the perfect quiet residential location as a base for exploring the magnificent city of Prague it would be difficult if not impossible to find a better location. The Old Town Square is only 3 minutes walk, the Wenceslas Square (7 minutes walk). If you feel like a bite to eat you are just a few steps from some of Prague's finest restaurants. There is a small grocery store located just around the corner.

The apartment has been reconstructed to the highest standards and will meet the requirements of the most demanding guests. It has taken three years of hard work to restore and modernize this unique property. We have provided antiques of 18th and 19th century along with original works of art both modern and historical.

Upon check-in we will meet you PERSONALLY to give you the proper tour of the apartment and to share our tips for restaurants and places to visit.

Great Place!
Consider yourself fortunate if you can stay in this beautiful property. Don’t let the unusual floor plan concern you - the far bedroom has full access to the common area through the hallway. The double doors make the unit very quiet. It is very central to all the special attractions Prague has to offer.

Beautiful apartment in a great location
White swan apartment is a beautiful apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, if you are interested in cooking. But no need to as there are many interesting restaurants in the neighborhood. The living room was comfortable and spacious, and the bathrooms were also big with great showers and washer and dryer.

We had a close friendly friend study abroad at Charles University, so we went out to visit him and have him show us around. This apartment is the perfect location! Superb once again
We stayed at the White Swan 9 years ago and had a great experience. We finally made our way back and we were thrilled that Monika was still managing the apartment. Absolutely Perfect!
Everything about this property was incredible! It was even more beautiful in person than it was in the pictures and was very clean. The location was perfect for walking to old town. Approx 30 steps from the front door is a small grocery store that has freshly baked pastries and breads throughout the day. Additionally, the property management company was very helpful and kind throught the entire rental process. If you're planning on visiting Prague you must stay here!

Our family had an amazing experience at the White Swan. From the airport pickup to the early morning ride back to the airport, the experience was totally seamless. Location, location, location. The property is phenomenal and the location is perfect. Spacious, clean, comfortable, refined and well appointed. The flat is user friendly and unique. We had an amazing experience in one of the best cities in Europe, and the White Swan was the epicenter of the trip. We look forward to the next time!!

This is a wonderful apartment, great location, renovated and spacious bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and living/dining area with historic charm. Easy first floor access. It’s a one bedroom with a studio lock off, which worked very well for our family of 4. Two sets of washer/dryer. The A/C kept the apartment cool in a July heatwave. Host was very responsive and gracious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the apartment.

White Swan's beautiful apartment
We had a perfect stay. The property is spacious, light, tastefully decorated, naturally cool in the summer (but it does have air conditioning) and in a perfect location close to the Old Town Center, yet quiet at night. It has all the utilities one might need and in addition, an espresso coffee maker! Even though it sleeps four that means two queen sized beds. There is an additional queen sized air mattress and living room couches for additional sleeping arrangements.

Spacious, fabulous apartment in perfect location
We were 2 couples and this apartment was perfect for our needs. The beds were big and comfortable, the amenities were awesome and the location was away from the hubbub, but a short walk to main sites. We like to walk everywhere, instead of using transportation, so it was perfect for us. A little grocer is on the corner, nice coffee shops, a big cheese shop, and restaurants nearby. We found a great seafood restaurant in the neighborhood for a change from snitzel and goulash. We had one issue and Petr responded quickly. Would highly recommend.

Lovely, comfortable and quiet
This was my second time staying at the Hyatt Swan; this time with my two nieces. They have never traveled outside of the United States, so this was a comforting place to stay, with so much to learn about, traveling in Europe. The apartment is exactly as pictured and described, easy to access, and the owner easy to connect with. The beds are comfortable, the linens are too. We never really did any cooking there. Other than making coffee in there. Great coffee, grinding machine. It’s just far enough away from the crowds to be very quiet and calm. We enjoyed our five nights day and we’ll come again when we come to Prague.
