Havelska Market (since 1232), the Old Town Market, is located in the street of the building.
The apartment is 90 sqm, with 2 bedrooms, 2 marble bathrooms (1 full bath and 1 additional toilet and sink), Wi-Fi internet, 52' satellite TV, lift / elevator.
Guests have access to the entire property.
The apartment is located between the former Coal Market (now Uhelni Trh) and the picturesque Havelska Market (since the year 1232), still lively with its many stands.
Just a few steps from all the main Prague sites: the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and Mala Strana, the Jewish district, Wenceslas Square, and close to hundreds of historical pubs and quality restaurants, nice shops and trendy clubs.
The building is old but this apartment is very cozy and You will immediately feel at home.

We loved our stay in Prague. This apartment was so convenient with easy access to the sites, shopping and everything we needed and wanted. Photos don’t do it justice the apartment is bigger than it looks. This apartment is fantastic It is right in the middle of old town but quite. We stayed with 4 adults and it was great.

Wonderful place in Old Town
Excellent apartment just steps away from Old Town Prague locations. Neighborhood great and plenty to do and eat. Maury was a fabulous host, check in was flawless and he showed us everything. Apartment itself is wonderful with a beautiful bathroom and even a powder room, and fully stocked with amenities. Would stay here again and work with Maury and his family anytime.

Best of the Best in Prague
Fantastic location, two large bedrooms, huge bathroom. Super clean. Five minute walk to Musket train station. The host was extremely accommodating and informative. It's on fourth story, but with elevator. Mini Mart right next door, and farmers market on the same street. Prague was amazing and we hope to visit again. We will probably try to book around availability of this flat.

Wonderful location. Close to everything yet not too noisy. The host met us at the apartment and explained everything. There was detergent for the much appreciated washing machine and dish washer. The apartment is not air conditioned but in the evening with the windows open it cools off nicely.

Outstanding location and property for friends to gather
Maury and family couldn't have been more attentive hosts, working hard to make it possible for me to enter the property promptly after my arrival at the Prague airport. Maury gave me a thorough orientation to the property which was very helpful, and checked back to be sure all expectations were met. My friends and family joined me later in the week and were similarly excited about the property and the location. Great Location
Only stayed 3 nights in Prague but this apartment allowed us to walk to everything in just a few minutes. Maurizio was there at the apartment for check-in and reviewed everything about the apartment. Maury provided us great ideas of things to see and places to eat and they were all great ideas. Maury was a fabulous host and very responsive to any questions that came up. Check out was a breeze. If we ever get back to Prague, we'll be looking to book this place. Great job and thanks for everything Maury.

Perfect Central Location Responsive Owner
Owner was very responsive to any request or email and took time to answer any questions on check in. Unit is as described and comfortable. 5 minute walk to clock. In front there is a street market which has excellent fruits and local wares. I follow Rick Steve's travel books and he has a picture of market in his book. Many restaurants within 5 minute walk. Elevator made unit access convenient. Busy area during the day but quiet at night and morning. Book this unit, you will be pleased!

Charning Prague Flat
The photos accurately reflect this flat. It is charming and the location is perfect for a first time visit to Prague. It was refreshing to be greeted at the flat by the host. This was a first in my VRBO experiences. The overall rating of the property isn't higher because: the towels and bedding smelled mildewy, the bedding was very rough and scratchy, the bathroom and living area rugs looked as though they hadn't be cleaned in months, and there wasn't enough paper towels and toilet paper to cover our length of stay which was five nights. On the surface the flat was clean, but it needs a deep clean.

Best Flat in Prague
Let me start off by saying the owner, Maury, was so nice and very accommodating with our check in time. We were traveling from Munich to Prague via train, and we ended up arriving to Prague 3 hours after we were originally supposed to. I stayed in contact with him, updating him on our new arrival time, and he was more than willing to work around our new scheduled arrival to check into the apartment. After staying in a hotel in Munich, it was so nice and relaxing to stay in a flat. The flat was homey and clean, and had everything you could possibly need! Check in process was easy, and Maury gave great recommendations on things to do in Prague and places to eat! The flat is in a great location, plenty of shopping and sight seeing within walking distance. Overall, great flat and I’ll definitely be back!
