Everythng was very good. All pictures described the reality, the staff was very nice at all the time. Breakfast was included and it was really good. We enjoyed all our days there.

Hotel was ideal for us. Made to feel welcome on arrival having already arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport. Reception staff very helpful. Room was large and warm despite the freezing temperatures outside. Breakfast included was excellent. Location was ideal and meant that everything was within walking distance. Overall, a lovely hotel and one we would highly recommend.

I asked for a quiet room when I booked this but was given a room albeit very large and nice but the location wasn’t great. It was literally in the reception hall. Room 107. You could hear everything outside the room at reception and in the street was very noisy . You could hear everything in the bar it was not the best of rooms. When I asked to move rooms I was told I would have to wait and stay in all day as they was not allowed to do this without the manager. This was very inconvenient to me because I was only in Prague for two nights I could not waste a whole day waiting in my hotel room for somebody to move my room. The breakfast was disappointing and the choice of food was random. You had yogurt , cakes and a tomatoe lettuce cucumber salad which isn’t something you would have for breakfast. The lack of hot food options was very disappointing. Only really had egg and some cheap Frankfurter type sausage as a hot options. They could’ve been more options such as beans, proper sausages, hashbrowns, mushrooms, etc. The location of the hotel was good and perhaps had the room allocation along with the quality of the breakfast with more hot options been available I would of enjoyed my stay a lot more but for those reasons I was very disappointed.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Prague, this is it. Moods Charles bridge offers the best accommodation with a great breakfast included within walking distance to most attractions. The staff is absolutely great and super friendly. I was able to book activities through the front desk last minute. I would definitely return.

Close to Charles Bridge
Nice choice if you want to be close to Charles Bridge but not on the busy, crowded streets. We visited during storm Boris, so activities & dining at the river were closed. But Prague is still an amazing destination!

Really nice, updated hotel located in a great area of Old Town, close to everything. Rooms are very nice, breakfasts were buffet style and very good with many options to choose from. Recommendations for local restaurants from the front desk were also very good. The only negatives we had were small...wish they had brighter lights in the bathroom (mood lighting instead of brighter lights) and drawers to store stuff. But it's a great hotel overall and we would recommend.

Superb hotel in great location
Great location! Easy to walk to old town, Charles bridge, etc. staff super nice and helpful . Breakfast very delicious and variety. Shower great pressure with rainbow head. Comfy bed, and very spacious from. Price was a value to. I would stay here again.

I arrived early at 11am, after travelling 12hours I was so grateful for the early check in. I was given a room with no window looking into the street, there was just a sky light. I was so tired, I just needed a rest. After a couple of days I wish I had been given the choice of a window, I was travelling solo and felt quite isolated and a little claustrophobic. I couldn’t see what the weather was like, or any views of the area. The hotel was in a good area, very handy for public transport, Charles bridge, lots of restaurants and bars. The breakfast was nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful. On one occasion someone tried to get in my room, the reception staff had given another guest my room number. Fortunately they had given them the right key but just written the number down incorrectly. Again travelling solo, this unsettled me slightly.
