A very nice apartment in Zizkov close to tram and bus stops plus easy walk to Karlin. Easy to follow instructions meant it was easy to access the property. I highly recommend these apartments

Excellent customer service and communication from the managers. Clean and nice room! The location of the property is very convenient with transportation to the city center, while also being located in a very quiet area. It is perfect for tourists who does not want to live in noisy and busy parts of Prague. Will absolutely come back here again

The property is clean. There is no enforcement on smoking in rooms. My next door neighbour smoked weed in the room all our time there. The receptionist was a bit rude to us for arriving 20 minutes earlier than our plan stay. All she could say was “this is not a hotel” when we asked if we could leave our bags until our time was up to check in. There is no air condition in the rooms. We had to open our windows all night in other to get a goodnight sleep.

As with other reviews, the property was really clean - almost dust free. It was spacious which we were really pleased about. It had a lot of kitchen utensils. Communications with the property manager was easy via call. Check in very simple with code. Overall a lovely stay. Some improvement points: 1) could not use the extractor fan - no switch available 2) TV was not working with channels, plus it is not smart tv so if you want apps have to bring a fire stick etc. 3) beds were two single beds even though we asked for a double. This was really frustrating! Even duvets was two singles. If the property wasn't good otherwise this would have been a worse review.

Overall good stay
We travelled a family with 2 adults and 3 smaller kids. The place were good for us. There was a lot of food stores close by and also a very nice playground. The 500 m to metro was through zizkov tunel were children could run since there is no cars. Apartment nice and nice bathroom. But the kitchen had some more to wish for. The display on stove didnt work and the freezer door was broken. We managed to cook anyway but.. We also stayed 7 nights, and it would have been nice if it had been any cleaning during our time, since it got quite dusty after a while. Overall good stay but i think we will choose different next time.

You have to go through an online pricedure if you checkin after 4pm. Got in the appartment , it smelt like an old persons home .stench of stale urine . Pipe problems no doubt .i told the owners via email they said a cleaner would come the day after .no idea why they thought a cleaner would solve the situation. They didnt .. i had to use air freshener for the 8days i was there. The place is ok but its eastern european standards for an apartment hotel not german ...tho the prices are equivalent to german and Austrian prices . The place is ok .but lack of communication and the stench coming from somewhere .. the drainage (??) Soured my stay .i wont be staying there again .

Si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo e silenzioso. A 30 minuti a piedi dal centro di Praga. Ben collegato anche con i mezzi pubblici. Nei dintorni ci sono parecchi mini market e locali dove poter mangire bene. Pulito e molto tranquillo. L'unica cosa che manca è l'aria condizionata.

God lejlighed til fornuftig pris
Jeg var i Prag til VM i ishockey, og lejligheden var perfekt placeret midt mellem centrum og ishockey arenaen. Der var bus og sporvogn tæt på, og selvom metroen var lidt længere væk, var det nemt og hurtigt at komme til centrum. Jeg ankom udenfor kontorets åbningstid, men fik fine instruktioner om nøgleordning inden ankomst, så det var nemt at komme ind. Lejligheden havde en fin størrelse og der var bl.a. køleskab og diverse køkkenudstyr og bestik,m.m. Alt i alt rigtig god værdi for pengene, hvis man kan leve med at bo lidt udenfor centrum af Prag, men dog stadig i gåafstand.

Appartement propre , fonctionnel , proche transport , Juste bémol pour récupérer les clefs , pas reçu de mail avec les codes de la porte d entrée avant notre arrivée , il fallait appeler avant d arriver mais pas vraiment spécifié dans la réservation Heureusement que l hôtesse d accueil était sur place quand nous sommes arrivés Pas facile de communiquer avec mon anglais très moyen 😜

Bra och rymlig lägenhet. Ligger i relativt lugnt område, nära busshållplats, och ganska nära spårvagnshållplats. Sängarna något mjukare än vi önskar, och kuddarna var lite väl stora och hårda. Varierande grad av engelskakunskap i receptionen. Lite otydlig information innan vistelsen, bl a ang hur man får nyckeln. Fick ringa till dem och fråga för att få allt bekräftat.
