The boutique hotel was charming and conveniently located in a quiet area. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. However, we did experience some noise in the morning from the housekeeping staff, which included talking, shouting across the hallway, door slamming, and sharing the elevator with guests while transporting a laundry cart. This was a bit unprofessional and made for an uncomfortable experience. It was unexpected for a MeliĆ” hotel, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is situated in a calm area just outside the city center, but at a walking distance from Prague downtown. Personnel was very smart and helpful, breakfast very good with a good variety of both salty and sweet food.
