The hotel and room felt a little dated. That's probably expected in Prague so not a huge deal. It listed a massage, but they don't have massages there. Located on the main road, it's very noisy but I expected that also. However the staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was great with good food and great staff. It's within 10 minutes walk to public transportation, not bad. Overall I enjoyed it.

Very nice, close to City Center
Very good compering to the price and location. Staff also very good. Room was clean and daily service also OK. 5 walk to metro station and 20 min walk to city center. WIFi OK.

Very nice place with very nice staff, close to everything, But I was on 6th floor, attic type room and the blinds did not block daylight. For a light sleeper, this was annoying. The helpful Staff put black sheets on the skyline, but that was not effective. A good solution would be to put dark color roller blinds. Water pressure in the shower was low, maybe some small pumps can be added to higher floors. Breakfast was substantial and good, may i suggest a bit of a change to omelette and fried eggs occasionally. Thank you very much to all the staff.

Room is spacous and clean. Staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast is adequate and good. We enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay again in next visit and recommend to our friends. The only draw Back is elevator can accommodate four people and weight capacity is 320k in total.

After checking in, it turned out that there is no place in the underground garage for my car for which I had to pay the normal price as if it was parked underground. I was forced to park the car on the street (the fender was torn off - no liability for damage). Before leaving, I booked a 4-person room (2 adults + 2 children). Upon entering the room, I saw three single beds (two pushed together and one separate). The temperature in the room was over 25 degrees and the air conditioning could not cool down below 24 degrees. My children were tired of the elevated temperature. In the evening I wanted to turn on the TV but the antenna was damaged. I reported the fault at the reception but no one repaired the TV for 2 days. In the morning I wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water or no water at all. The next morning the same. Hot water was available in the afternoon and evening. Broken toilet button. Broken shower head. Damaged hair dryer, buttons glued with duct tape! I felt like a refugee from Ukraine for whom a hostel was prepared. The hotel was supposed to be three-star but it deserves a maximum of one star as for the capitals of the Czech Republic. I am disgusted with my stay. Will never go back to him! I won't recommend it to anyone! I demand a refund of the cost of my stay, because the price I paid is not adequate to the conditions that were offered to me on your website. Please consider my complaint, it's a shame to live in such conditions in the center of the cap

Die Unterkunft punktet vor allem mit der zentralen Lage und mit der Garage. Metro und Restaurants/Bars sind in nur wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Inneneinrichtung ähnelt mehr einem deutlich in die Jahre gekommenem Hostel. Frühstück und Service, waren gut, aber nicht überragend. Beim Zimmer (Vierbettzimmer) gibt es viele Punktabzüge: Fehlende Steckdosen, Kühlschrank kühlt nicht richtig, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und in den Schränken. Aus einem 2/3-Bett Zimmer ist ein Vierbettzimmer entstanden, man hat im Zimmer absolut kein Platz sich umzudrehen. Für den Preis und die Bewertung leider nicht zu empfehlen.

La primera noche hubo demasiado ruido, habían huéspedes corriendo y gritando por el pasillo, a la media noche, realmente fue molesto, después de un día de viaje y caminar por la ciudad, estábamos cansados y aún así nos despertaron los gritos, risas y carreras del pasillo. Las puerta de la habitación y la del pasillo que lleva a la habitación hace demasiado ruido cada vez que se utiliza.

Mitten in der Stadt, in der Nähe vom Wenzelplatz. Spontane Buchung möglich. Freundliches Personal, 24 Stunden Rezeption, sehr sauber und gepflegt, Pflegeprodukte, Fön, Mini-Tresor und Ersatz Handtücher vor Ort. Schöne Dachterrasse, tolles abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Sehr günstiger Preis. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Kleiner Abzug, weil der Kühlschrank nicht funktionierte ( er wurde nicht kühl. War lauwarm. Die junge Dame an der Rezeption meinte, das gehöre so...)

Ok for en overnatning uden høje forventninger
Værelset var ok til en enkelt overnatning med familien. Det var rent. Køleskabet var ikke tilsluttet. Det kunne ikke engang nå en kontakt fra det skab, det var i. Vi tog det ud af skabet og satte det i stik. Det virkede svagt og blev brand varmt, så vi brugte det ikke. Bruseren virkede kun sporadisk. Dårlig morgenmad i en lille kælder. Service fin. Parkeringsgaragen var fin. Men bilen skal igennem en meget lille port.

Vale muito a pena
O quarto é muito limpo, espaçoso, tem algum barulho de vizinhos (outro prédio) mas nada que prejudique o sono. O café da manhã é excelente. A localização é ótima, se gostar de caminhar dá pra fazer tudo a pé, se não gosta tem transporte público fácil.

Mal insonorisé, nous avions la chambre juste à côté de la porte du couloir, les allées et venues des autres touristes jusque tard la nuit (2-3h du matin). L'hôtel est plus comme une auberge de jeunesse avec des groupes de dizaines de touristes très bruyant qui rentrent à des heures aléatoires et parlent fort dans les couloirs sans respect des autres et le personnel ne fait rien pour maintenir le calme. Les seuls points positifs de l'hébergement : - le personnel aimable - le buffet petit-déjeuner inclus. - le jardin ouvert jusque 22h. - les transports très accessibles (I.P Pavlova & Namesti Miru) - Le supermarché du coin.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbüffet war auch gut. Der Whirlpool war super. Die Zimmer waren eher altmodisch, aber in Ordnung. In der Dusche waren leider noch einige Haare und es gab nur eine freie Steckdose im Zimmer. Außerdem hat es in dem Teil des Hotels, in dem unser Zimmer war, unangenehm gerochen und leider auch in unserem Badezimmer.
