Being from the US, I didn’t know that many homes in Europe don’t have dryers. I was very upset about this. But they were very kind and picked our washed clothes up then dried them and delivered them back to us. The apartment is gorgeous and it has so much space.

Great stay in Prague
Our stay went well. Any issues with getting the keys out of the lockbox or getting into the building were quickly taken care of. Tip: ask for a link to their WhatsApp office number. We had a 1 bedroom that fit me and my husband, and the 2 kids slept on the sofa bed. Air conditioning worked well while we were there, it was a relief from the hot days outside. Housekeeping only comes once in a few days, but that seems normal post-covid. Location is fantastic, you can walk to the either the grocery store in the nearby shopping mall or to the old city and plazas within 10 minutes. Our place was on floor 1 and there was some partying outside on soccer game nights, just be forewarned. Lots of bars and restaurants and bakeries on the same block.

We arrived at the rental office by taxi as it was starting to get dark. Maybe we should have had the taxi wait? We ended up walking from the office to the apartment. It wasn’t too hard to find, just that by then it was dark and dragging luggage through an unfamiliar area, not knowing if it was safe? We had a small struggle to get the key to open the door to the apartment each time. (Never did figure out what was the trick to it, but messed with it until it opened). We did not care for the decorations of the apartment, however it was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is located in a quiet area, close to the Old Town Square. We had a lovely time in Prague.

Super fed lejlighed
Vi var 7 venner afsted og havde booket 3 lejligheder. Vi kunne helt sikkert have nøjes med 2 da lejlighederne var rigtig store og der var sovepladser til 4+ i hver lejlighed. Alle 7 syntes at det var helt fantastiske lejligheder og beliggenheden var også rigtig fin. Helt sikkert noget jeg vil benytte igen enten med vennerne eller familien:)

Das Apartement war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das einzig Mühsame ist, dass man die Schlüssel an der 15 min entfernten Reception abholen muss.

Die Unterkunft als solche ist gut, die Lage auch, jedoch gab es einige Punkte, die alles andere als gut waren: 1. Unterkunft war anfangs sauber, jedoch beschränkte sich die angebliche Reinigung nach drei Tagen nur auf das Leeren der Abfallbehälter und das Austauschen der Handtücher, 2. die Fenster wurden gefühlt seit einem Jahr nicht mehr geputzt, waren extrem dreckig, 3. die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel gestaltete sich sehr aufwendig. Da wir zwei Apartments gebucht haben, eines aufgrund eines Fehlers beim Hotel jedoch ohne Balkon erhalten haben, hatten wir ständig Kontakt mit dem (sehr bemühten) Marketing Manager. Jedoch erhielten wir ständig -wohl automatisierte- emails des Hotels, die dann andere Angaben enthielten, als die, die wir mit dem Manager vereinbart hatten. 4. es gab keine Info, wie man ins Haus kommt, nach der zähen und zeitintensiven Schlüsselübergabe am Flughafen, mussten wir erst im Hotel anrufen, um zu erfahren, wie man mit dem Chip am Schlüsselbund die Haustür öffnen kann. Dieses ging vielen anderen auch so, weshalb ständig (auch spät abends) einfach überall geklingelt wurde. Eine vorherige Info vom Hotel wäre hier sehr sinnvoll. 5. Entweder ist das Haus recht hellhörig (wobei unsere Mitreisenden direkt unter uns nichts von uns gehört haben) oder wir hatten einfach Pech, dass die über uns wohnenden Chinesen dort einen Mega Lärm gemacht haben, jedenfalls sehr störend, gerade in den späten Abendstunden.
