"The staff were amazing, polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel it’s self was stunning, all the facilities were perfect and the views were outstanding. I had an amazing stay and even though the construction was going on it didn’t interrupt anything. It was lovely and relaxing and I highly recommend. "

"Blick vom Zimmer auf den See war wunderbar, auch vom Speisesaal aus. Die Warener Altstadt ist bezaubernd. Man findet außergewöhnliche, liebevoll eingerichtete Restaurants und Café's.Die Verköstigung im Hotel war für jeden Geschmack interessant und mit Freude am Gast präsentiert. "

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. "Such a pleasant surprise! Wanted to stay in a smaller town, and Gerswalde is pleasant walkable town, with a historic castle site a few blocks from the hotel. The restaurant was not open temporarliy, but the breakfast was wonderful; teated to home made jam, and fruit from the garden. Super friendly and helpful family run this quaint country hotel."
