"We stayed at Lisbon Art Stay for 5 nights with my family of 4 and it was perfect! It was my boys' first trip to Europe so I wanted something centrally located that included breakfast - and the Art Stay checked all the boxes! We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (!!!) in the family unit and with the exception of Monday which was garbage pick up, the location was quiet at night despite being located so close to main parts of the city. I would highly recommend! And the communication with the staff...

"From entering, you felt welcome. Rooms were spacious and felt like a home. From the dining, living room, kitchen and sleeping room was inviting and well planned. Housekeeping was offered each day and special treats were left for you each day. Very nice. "

"Our stay at the Lift Apartments by RIDAN Hotels was fantastic. The staff were all lovely, the apartment was spacious, clean and stylishly decorated. The location was excellent very central so we were able to walk to a lot of the sites such as the cathedral, the castle etc and there is a metro station and a train station very close for when we wanted to go further out. Plenty of options for food around and a little supermarket just a minute away. We would definitely stay here again if visiting...

"Our little family stayed in the apartment with the private terrace. The room it self was so beautiful. It was perfect for a family. It felt so cozy and it was so useful with a kitchenette and all the essential! The staff was super friendly. There are many different services close by as well like a laundromat and a grocery store. We will definitely be returning here when we are back in Lisbon."

"Location is great. Close to everything and Continente Supermarket right next to it. It would have been good to show important amenities and supermarkets in a piece of paper in the unit since there is no one at the building to show you around or help you out. Customer service is relatively ok with their response time. not superfast but they respond in about 10 minutes or less. "
