"The property locates on the top of some hills. By looking out of the windows, you will get a panoramic view of the valley underneath which is amazing. All rooms are spacious and each bedroom has individual bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The only thing we do not like is that the resort does not have air conditioning. We sometimes woke up during midnight by the Tuscany summer heat. "John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see...

"Stunning property with stunning views. The room was exceptional…large comfortable beds. But the views! The restaurant downstairs was one of the best I’ve ever experienced, and I once lived in Italy for 11 years. The Ragu was best ever. The hosts and staff were friendly and did everything possible to make our stay wonderful"

"This was a charming property and the cellar wine experience was most enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this property. Breakfast was excellent and the 1* Michelin Osmosi restaurant was excellent. Had a wonderful dining experience. Montepulciano is well worth a visit. The wines of Fattoria Sventoni are marvellous. "

Just great one night

"Room was cozy, easy access, free parking and very friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was good. We had late night arrival and leafy early. Only thing in negative side was the fetter pillows. First time ever in my hotel night, me being allergic, wish I did have a choice. "

"Amazing place, will come back. Everything you would want from a visit to Tuscany. Warm people, delicious food and amazing ambiance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had excellent hot water. Rooms opened up to private courtyard. Restaurant meals were delicious, service was impressive and food portions were great. Thank you for taking good care of our family of 5."
