"We stayed in the Casita de madera for two months from January to March, i.e. during some of the coldest months of the year. The open fireplace contributes a lot to the cosiness factor but as a heating mechanism is not that efficient, so very glad there was also an electric radiator, which in the coldest weeks was struggling to keep us warm. But it is a very cozy house with everything you need, except an oven. It is dark, especially this time of the year, where the sun does not catch it at all...

The 7 bedrooms were perfect for us. 6 had AC, and there were 3 full baths. 2 on the first floor where only one bedroom was located, so it was nice to have 3 showers. "We expected the property to be a lot bigger and with much more light/windows as per the photo on the VRBO website. As it turned out, this was a much smaller, dark and rustic house. It is a typical old Spanish townhouse in a small village in a beautiful location. It is not a luxury place in any way. Everything is very old and dusty. "We had a wonderful stay at Casa Vista Hermosa. Our contact, Fabiola, got in touch with us the day of our arrival and had everything arranged. The property is beautiful, overlooking both the valley of the old reservoir and the mountains to the east. It's also a great jumping off point if you want to visit the 'Pueblos Blancos' or Spain's southern coast. Highly recommended."

"Pasamos un fin de semana donde nos coincidió con el belén viviente y recomiendo visitar el pueblo, estaba súper bonito y puedes ir andando desde la casa, quizás la subida es algo más cansada por la cuesta pero igualmente se hace, en la casa lo único que ecahmos de menos es algo más de calefacción, excepto la chimenea del salón, en el resto de habitaciones se pasa frio en invierno, hay una chimenea en el salón de arriba pero no se podía poner. El lugar nos encantó, sin duda para repetir"
