The styish apartment wilh one bedroom will be perfect for a couple or 4 persons. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. There is also a balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
Guests can take advantage of fully equipped kitchen, washing machine in the bathroom and TV in the living room, there are also such facilities as vacuum cleaner, hair-dryer and iron. Kitchen is equipped with such aminities as a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, refrigerator and all the necessary cookware, tableware and cutlery. In the beautiful bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and exit to the balcony. One more balcony exit is located in the living room, where you can also find a fold-out sofa bed. There are also Wi-fi, which is absolutely free of charge, and an air-conditioning in the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Podgórniku Street very close to Poznań City Center- it will take about 15 min by foot to get to Poznań Old Town. You will have all the main tourist atractions at your fingertips! In 5 min walk you can reach the biggest park of Poznan - Cytadela Park - great place to chill, spend time with family or do sports. In the area you will also find supermarket Lidl (150 m), shop Żabka (500 m) and a railway station Garbary (450 m). There are several restaurants and cafies in the Cytadela Park, but you can also take a 15 minute walk to the Old Town in order to find more places to eat or have a drink. In about 2-minute walk you can reach the Old Harbour, which looks spectacular in the evenings.
Proximaty to the city center allows you to reach all the main attractions of Poznań by foot, but there are also several bus stops in the area. Guests travelling by car can leave the vehicle in the undergroung garage - there is an asigned parking place.
