The Old Town is only 2 km away. The location is one of the most desirable among tourists, due to its proximity to the Poznań International Fair (MTP) and the main tourist attractions of Poznań. The Old Zoo can be reached in a 6-minute walk, as well as the historic Villa Flora building, and the Poznan Palm House in 12 minutes. It's also worth a stroll to the nearby Wilson Park with its fountains and greenhouse with rare plants, just over 1 km from the apartment building. The Medical University, on the other hand, lies about 800 meters away. The property's neighborhood is well connected, with numerous streetcar and bus stops nearby for easy access to other parts of the city.
