"A group of us went down to play at an annual volleyball tournament in Richmond and were fortunate enough to stay at the Cozy Cape Cod Home. It was perfect for us. Very easy to access and an incredibly convenient location for our tournament. The house was very clean, well decorated, and generously stocked with a few consumable provisions. "We love this property, it is so quiet and peaceful We love the cottage and the hiking/walking that is all on site. The house is warm and inviting, decorated with farmhouse chic style. This is our second time and we came more prepared to not have to leave at all during our stay. We love napping on the porch and star gazing by the fire pit. Nicole and family are amazing hosts, making sure we have everything we need and more. We hope to go back in the fall. "
