"We got married down the road from here at Big Ridge so we rented this place for my bridesmaids and I to get ready at and somewhere for my new husband and I to stay on the wedding night. This place exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and just the fact that the host thought of everything. Anything we could have needed was there. "

"I recommend this home and host. We stayed for a quick getaway to visit a nearby friend. The beds were super comfortable. The home was clean and easy to find even though we arrived after dark. The view from the porch was peaceful and it provided the relaxing environment we were looking for. The lock box code was wrong and she fixed it in less than 5 minutes and we were in the house! I recommend bring extra towels and washcloths if you stay very long just for convenience. "

"The property is absolutely amazing. So peaceful! We sat on the little patio and listened to nature both evenings. Even got to hear the donkeys nicker a couple times. We met the sweet gentleman that lives there and talked for few minutes. Was sure to let us know to call if we needed anything. BUT, this is the only time we saw anyone during our stay. Very private. "This property was everything we needed! Nice walk to the lake with minimum steps, easy for the kids and our older parents. Had all the accommodations we needed to enjoy our summer vacation! Will definitely rent again! "

"This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)"

"My daughter and I came to Knoxville for Admittance Day at UT and was only in town for a day. This place is super cute, clean and had everything we needed. The view of the river and being on a farm was much better than staying in a hotel. The commute to UT and downtown is basically a straight shot and not long at all. I will definitely stay here again when my daughter moves into college. Go Vols!"

"We stayed for a long weekend during the Brandon Clay basketball tournament at the Norris Lake Sports Complex. This was perfect proximity to multiple restaurants and the tournament. Super clean and conveniently located within steps of the marina."
