The space
This beautiful home is located behind the gates of Brasada Ranch community, and has amazing views of the Cascade Mountain Range!

Enjoy miles and miles of trails for hiking and bike riding. A perfect location for those who love the winter sports & shopping, as the house is a short distance to Bend & Mt Bachelor.
The property has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests. Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 are equipped with King beds while in Bedroom 4 there is a queen bed. Bedroom 5 is equipped with 2 Queen beds and 2 Single beds.
There are 2 couches in the common area. The spacious and bright open air kitchen and dining space is perfect for our guests to cook and dine.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals!
The common area is a wonderful spot to sit on the comfortable couches, whether you wish to get together and enjoy watching tv or to gather around and savor a cup of coffee by the indoors fireplace.
There are TVs in every corner of the house!
The property was constructed recently, has a minimal and elegant aesthetic, and is in a perfect condition! New bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms will manifest a luxurious stay!

The neighborhood
Brasada Ranch is a resort community located just twenty minutes from Bend and 15 min. from the Redmond Airport. The resort features The Range Restaurant, athletic facility, which includes indoor and outdoor pools with a lazy river, hot tubs, and water slide, children's activity area, state of the art workout facility, basketball, sand volleyball court, and tennis courts.

The Ranch amenities include the private 18 hole Brasada Canyons Golf course designed by PeterJacobsen/Jim Hardy, The Athletic Club, the Equestrian Center, Spa Brasada, the Ranch House for casual meals or Range Restaurant for fine dining. The General Store provides provisions from fine wine to fresh vegetables! The outdoor tennis courts, sand volleyball, bocce ball and playground add to the numerous activities available (bike trails, snowshoeing, fly fishing, etc.). Nearly 300 days of sunshine and year round recreation to enjoy! It is true that on many days you can ski in the morning, golf in the afternoon and wet a line for an evening of world class fly-fishing.

Brasada Ranch’s athletic center is 17,000-square-feet. It showcases 2 outdoor pools, complete with a water slide, lazy river and waterfall. A state-of-the-art fitness center and 2 tennis courts are included.

The Spa features 4 treatment rooms, an adult pool and panoramic mountain views. Ping-pong tables, gaming consoles and board games are provided at The Hideout.

A daily menu, prepared with local ingredients is served at the Signature Restaurant. It features outdoor patios with 2 fire pits. The Ranch House has coffee and gourmet snacks.
