"Spotless, friendly, happy hour with wine and home made chocolate chip cookies. View of mountains. Chairs to enjoy the view. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there many days. City hot springs were excellent. Amazing breakfast - eggs, sausage, juice, coffee and lots of other items. Hot and good. Best breakfast ! Friendly owners."

"We had a wonderful stay here driving through colorado to enjoy the fall leaves. The guy at the front desk (pretty sure he is the owner) was so kind and took the time to show us great areas to do our leaf peeping. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was so delicious! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful location at the end of town but still on the main road so it’s walkable to shopping and dining. The room was clean and smelled clean, which was nice. The breakfast is delicious but it’s not at the hotel, it’s at a Mexican food restaurant a few blocks down the road. The food is made fresh but there’s only 5 or 6 options with no substitutions and you need to tip the server, so bring some cash."

"I would highly recommend staying at this mini apartment. It was located in a very quiet area of Lake City. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. Unfortunately, a blizzard was predicted for the area and we chose to leave after one night. We were very disappointed that we didn't get to stay for both of our nights. We would not hesitate to stay there again."
