"We've stayed in this beautiful apartment before and love it. It was very chilly this time and it would be great to have a fire - or at least get the second radiator in the sitting room fixed. The welcome pack was fabulous and much appreciated. "

"A beautifully restored property. We had a wonderful stay. The house is very well equipped and renting was a very smooth process. Odile was very helpful right from the start. When we arrived, we had an issue with one of the units anc it was fixed the next day. Lovely view from the terrace and the pool was perfect for us. Everything was just right"

We LOVED the accommodation, the character of the property, the outside spaces, the pool was AMAZING… everything about it. The games room was perfect for the evenings. The location, close to Nimes and Sommières, was beautiful and easy to find. The village of Combas is picturesque in every way. And a huge thank you to Ronan, Becky and Megan for such a warm welcome and letting us stay in their beautiful home. "

"Easy walkable access to historic and beautiful Uzes sites and downtown. Our host couldn't have been more helpful, making us feel welcome. Perfect for couples or families. Our only quibble is that while there are two bathrooms, only one has a toilet. Would happily stay there again "

"Wonderful host and a perfect house and garden. All enclosed and safe so our dog was very happy. The town of Uzes is only a few minutes walk away from the house so it was very convenient for all the bars and restaurants. Don’t miss the huge Saturday market, best in the area. "Beautiful house in a quaint little village. Very quiet and plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. Pool was fabulous during the hot weather. Our host, Dominique, was amazing when we had a medical emergency to deal with and our son had to be admitted to a nearby hospital. She couldn't have been more helpful and understanding during a stressful time for us. Hope we get a chance to go back sometime to enjoy this fantastic part of France."

"The property was clean and spacious with all the facilities you could ever need. We didn’t use the garden, because of the mosquitoes, and we didn’t particularly like the area. There is too much time spent trying to park my car as it is almost impossible. Twice during our stay, I had to reverse in from road to the provided parking place for the property. Because of the way other cars were parked. We were unable to connect to the WI-FI during the 6 days we spent at the property. I contacted Alain...

"The host, Jean Claude was extremely welcoming and friendly. Jean Claude was very patient and spoke enough English to fill in the gaps in my French! Gave us a tour of the house and explained things clearly about waste and recycling collections, WiFi, when he would be attending to the pool. Etc. The house was clean, spacious and had its own charm & personality. Coffee maker, big fridge-freezer, the washing machine & drying rack made quick work of our washing, A/C, a big TV to watch the...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at le Grand DoMeynes, it really is a gorgeous house, spacious enough for a big group. We had some lovely meals sitting around the huge dining room table. It’s very rustic which you must bear in mind if you require fully restored modern bathrooms. We coped well without Air Con, the house had lots of fans although the first night was extremely hot! Meynes is right on the voie vert between Beaucaire and Le Pont du Gard and we cycled between both- gorgeous countryside!...
