"My main concern regards the staff. In my opinion they required more professional training. It’s not the first I’m staying in HbyH in Kalisz and it’s the same time of the year, public holiday. The hotel is not so busy so the staff should be more attentive. I was waiting during the check in for them to finish private conversations between themselves….not the first time. "Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht. Alles war ok. Allerdings haben sie den Preis fürs Frühstück verdoppelt, was es dann nicht mehr wert ist. Ich bin um 8:45 gekommen und da waren schon einige Platten leer gewesen und es wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Schade. Man hätte zumindest fragen können, ob man noch etwas fehlt. "
