"Traffic is heavy around the area, so constant noise from highways. Room smells of smoke but is designated as non-smoking and evidence of previous smoking in the bathroom. Overall not bad for a 2 star hotel in this day and age."

"The property was very nice. Bed was hard and they do not supply any sheets, pillows or blankets. This is a single room with a very small fridge and microwave only. I also sent several messages to the owner and got no response. We made the best of it. The bathroom shown in the pics are of the shower ..."

"Had a great time getting away to a nice quiet location. Very well stocked cabin with a unique layout but still within driving distance of good food and entertainment. Owners were very prompt with any communications."

We took a drive through the downtown area. It appears to be a quaint little town with a lot of history (their sign says it was founded in 1863).

neat small town. nothing to get too excited about. We ate at the highest rated restaurant in town and that was disappointing.
