"Please stay somewhere else!!!! We stayed as a party of 4 with 3 rooms. Our room didn’t have hot water in the morning and their response was that we needed to wait until 9 or so. Our friend’s rooms, which were not near the office, had no Wi-Fi and it wasn’t addressed. The beds were hard, cheap and you were able to feel the springs. We were all sore in the morning. "We had a last minute trip to kalymnos staying at Alkyonis apartments hosted by the lovely Evi who in spite of flight delays kept well In touch with us by email as well as text message. The warmest welcome greeted us on our arrival and Evi's kindness and helpful manner continued all week. "The private entrance to the property was the first indication we had chosen for something special for our stay on Kos. Our week at Ta Spitakia was so relaxing that we spent less time at the beach and just lazed around the villas outdoor seating area or on the private sun loungers. "A nice hotel but as it was the start of the season, a little disorganised in terms of the rooms, what was provided etc. The first room allocated was under the bar and very noisy at night. There were also constant issues with corridor lighting not being turned off. We moved rooms eventually, which did help. However, overall I wouldn't go back because of the noise issue and the general quality of some of the rooms."
