"Your support has yet to get back to me on my outstanding case number 118-562-521. We left this property after the first day as we were unable to stay here traveling with an infant. We were mislead based on the pictures and description of the property. It was listed as a stand alone whole property and turned out to be a hotel. It listed a 8 minute walk to batsi but was at the top of a mountain and virtually unwalkable and over an 8 minute drive! It listed a kitchen but barely had a kitchenette....

"Family of two adults and two children. The venue was seaside and recently renovated. Stayed a Meleti suite immacualety clean and the decor inclusively minimalistic. Opted for dining in upon arrival.The food items selected were all delicious and the kids put it yummy . We had the grilled chicken with rice and the pork tenderloin garnished in a sweet potato puree mouthwatering. The prices were appropriate and not pricy . The breakfast as well as was Buffett style and plentiful. Last but not the least all the staff were amicable and professional . We will be back soon . Thank you Karysteon Hotel for a great experience and hospitality ."
