"This was a stunning property in a stunning area of real, non-touristy Italy. The villa was furnished in a traditional rustic style and was comfortable and well equipped. The outside . area was particularly inviting with lots of space to eat and a pool to die for. My 4 grandchildren, aged between 2 and 6, had to be dragged away from it! The countryside Is beautiful with the backdrop of the Dolomites and Venice was an easy train ride away from Conegliano station which has free parking. We visited...

"What a beautiful Villa and property! This was our home base for day trips north to the Dolomites. There was plenty of space for us. The weather was very hot when we were there, 33° and higher. We had air conditioning in the attic bedroom. Air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms would have been ideal for our other guests."

"Everything was great! Easy access to Venice through tram (~10min interval, 20-30min ride) and close to the airport. We were very impressed about the upkeeping of the place, clean and charming. Parking was easy right in front of the house on the closed alley. Michela was very kind and beyond helpful, and it's great that she lives nearby (if you need her for any reason). All in all, a great stay!"

"Beautiful spacious villa, it was immaculate inside and it had everything you will likely need in the kitchen. The place is very glamourous and it is even larger than it appears in the photos. The location is excellent and you have amenities nearby plus you're at the foot of the alps. The host was very friendly and couldn't do more to help. I'd certainly recommended this place for families looking for a quiet getaway."

"Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti, in 4 coppie. La casa è spaziosa, ogni camera da letto ha il proprio bagno di pertinenza fornito del neccessario. Il giardino è grandissimo e ben curato. Giovanna è un host molto disponibile a tutte le richieste di informazioni sulla zona e sulla casa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. "

"Villa was as described with beautiful pool and grounds. Area quiet and tranquil but within east travel distance to tourist areas. Villa well equipped with hairdryers, towels, pool towels and soap as well as inflatable toys for pool. We really enjoyed our stay"

"The "Pink House" is a large welcoming house in San Pietro de Felletto. Surrounded by prosecco vineyards, it is quiet and comfortable. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so you never feel crowded. The pool provides welcome relief when the weather heats up. The owners are gracious and attentive, and invited us (and some of our guests) to a happy hour in their garden with spritzes, sausages, breads and laughter. There is a fantastic outside area, with a huge private swimming pool, deck chairs, dining table area and sun shade. "Friendly hostess and son, nice place with lots of history. The booking was through home away which I will never do again, beacause I wasn't able to book it only a request for a booking. Since there was no immediate action we booked another room elsewhere the next morning and just after that we got an email that the requested room was not only available but also booked and charged to our cc directly. This costed us a double payment for 1 night. More a home away problem than the resort."
