Living Room has large comfortable new sectional, Smart TV with Netflix and several apps. (Just bring your login info).

Family Room (ground level) has a comfy sofa, conversation chairs a gas fireplace and french doors that lead to the large fenced back yard.

Kitchen - The Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances should you choose to cook while staying. Guest have full access to everything stocked including; cookware, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, crock pot, bread maker, panini maker, waffle maker, fondue pot, salad spinner, toaster, basic spices and dual coffee maker for pot full of coffee or single cup. Starter supply of coffee is provided or feel free to bring your own. The kitchen has a table that is set to seat 6 but can also accommodate up to 10 if needed by adding a leaf stored in front hall closet. There is also a dishwasher with some supplied dish pods because who really wants to do dishes on vacation? The refrigerator has a built in filtered water.

Dining Room - Large heavy duty table that seats 6-10+ There is place settings for 12 adults. Additional child dishes are also available.

3 Full bathrooms. The Primary bathroom ensuite has a built in 6 foot jacuzzi jetted tub/shower. Not only does this tub have jacuzzi features but it also acts like a hot tub because it has the ability to heat the water on its own to 101 F degrees. The other 2 bathrooms have a tub/shower combo.

Laundry Room has new large capacity washer and dryer. Starter pods of detergent are provided.

Garage/Game Room - The garage has been converted to a game room full of fun! Families love challenging one another to a game of ping pong, air hockey, corn hole and more! Garage closet contains numerous games, beach chairs, coolers and extra kitchen gadgets. Garage has several free standing heaters available for use during winter months. (No parking is permitted inside of garage.)

Backyard is fully fenced and has two patios with seating as well as a wood burning fire pit (guest supply their own firewood). There is a gas barbecue available for guest as well with starter supply of propane.

Treehouse: Access the whimsical backyard treehouse by the spiral staircase. The playhouse is great place for the young at heart to escape and imagine! Please note there is NO electricity and NO plumbing in the treehouse. There are some yoga mats and books for guest enjoyment as well as a telescope and ottomans.

Parking is plentiful. There is room in driveway for 4 cars plus a graveled area on the side of driveway that can fit 2 additional cars or an RV or boat. (Note: No hookups allowed and no inside parking allowed.) Additional parking is available on street in front of home. We just ask to keep the sidewalks clear for our lovely neighbors.

Note: Step free entry is available if ONE person in party is able to enter front door FIRST and then open garage door rom inside to allow for the others to enter home via the ground floor garage. Step Free areas from the garage are: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, family room, laundry room, garage and backyard.

Other things to Note:
~ House is professionally cleaned between every guest
~ No long chore list ~ You are on vacation and we want you to spend your last morning enjoying it! All we ask is that you double check for your personal belongings, turn off fireplace and lock up.
~ There are exterior cameras on exterior doors for security/insurance purposes. There are no cameras located inside of home or any private space.
~ Children are welcomed but house is NOT childproofed. NO outlet covers, gates, bumper guards etc. Guest are encouraged to chaperone children at all times.
~ House is set up to be your home away from home. If something is missing please let us know.
~ If circumstance allow we do offer early check in for a fee with prior approval.
~ While we love pets, we are a strict NO PETS ALLOWED home at this time. We are happy to recommend nearby pet accommodations.
~ Third party rentals are not allowed. (meaning person who rents property must be staying at property unless other arrangements are made)
~ Please inquire if interested in 30+ day stays.
~ Rental agreement, security deposit, and verified ID will be required to confirm booking.
