Inside, there's plenty of space and lots of natural light, with high ceilings, timber floors and clerestory windows sitting high in the ceiling line. 5 bedrooms offer plenty of space with 2 ensuites and a shared bathroom accommodating 10 with ease. Cook like a chef in a luxe kitchen and dine in light-filled luxury in the separate indoor dining, framed by windows. Step outside to the timber deck and take in the sweeping Hinterland views or share BBQ's in the outdoor dining pavilion, after a swim in the pool and a lay on the sun loungers.

This secluded Hinterland home is located in quiet Possum Creek, just 7kms from Bangalow - Byron Shire's historic and bustling village, rich with boutique shopping and locally produced coffee and treats. Drive just 20 minutes to the centre of Byron Bay and enjoy world class beaches, dining and shopping.

Enter Byron's Brae to an impressive open plan living space, featuring polished timber floors, high ceilings and abundant natural light, with clerestory windows and large retractable glass doors opening out to timber decking space. Relax on the leather modular sofa in front of the wall mounted smart TV and in winter, cosy up with a wood burning fireplace.

Cooking and Dining:
Produce chef-inspired meals at Byron's Brae in the modern kitchen with stainless steel benchtops and appliances, double door fridge, plenty of cupboard space, island bench, double sized oven and rangehood. Adjacent to the cooking space is a large and light filled separate dining room with a timber setting for 10 and panoramic Hinterland views.

Sleeping:
With plenty of sleeping space, the bedrooms at this spacious home are bright and breezy with luxury linens, lush green views and comfy beds. The master suite includes an ensuite, as does bedroom 5.

Wander through manicured gardens to the private poolside space, covered with cushioned seating or sit around the outdoor firepit, with the Hinterland expanse beyond. Entertain in all weather thanks to a covered outdoor kitchen space in the dining pavilion, complete with built-in BBQ and an array of seating.

Pool:
Drink in endless Hinterland views while splashing in the swimming pool. Relax poolside, reading a book in on cushioned seats beneath the shade or soak up the sun on loungers.

Another Byron Shire village, Federal, is just 13km away - from here, access World Heritage listed national parks and rainforests, plus eat at famous and locally loved Doma. From Byron's Brae, drive to Byron Bay in 20 minutes for world-famous beaches, lighthouse, shops and dining.

Feel the serenity
We had a reunion of 5 girlfriends from University. Byron Brae was the perfect venue. It is hard finding a place that accommodates 5 adults without someone sleeping in a bunk or sharing a bed! Byron Brae was the perfect find - 5 double/queen beds, 3 bathrooms and a gorgeous living area. The pool and cabana house were an added bonus. We will be back

Stayed here with a group of friends for my 50th… Just perfect to enjoy some chilled time together. The views are gorgeous and you feel like your the only house for miles even though it’s a cul-de-sac Note for future guests… Arrange for some firewood before you get there. There is a great fire pit and indoor fire but only a starter kit supplied. If you prearranged delivery it would be clever and save time and money.

Breath taking views, relaxing atmosphere, spacious home.
We all were blown away by the views. So relaxing. The pool house was amazing. All home was a good size that 7 of us weren't getting in the way of each other. Enjoyed our Byron Brae experience. Unfortunately, your cleaners let you down. From the mouldy bread boards to the dust on the bedside lamps and headboards. Dust balls could be seen under the couch when entering the the front door and grease on the range hood. Mouldy grout in the unsuite. My partner vacuumed before our guest arrived but had to clean the vacuum and filters to make it work properly. Skirting board were Dusty. Chipped mugs and glassware should be remove and a knife missing its point. The main bathroom sink is cracked. An attention to detail is lacking I'm sorry to say.

Great house for a weeks getaway with friends. Superb outlook over beautiful rural valley-good for the soul. Perfect aspect caught warm sunshine all day!
