We had to travel to another town and pay for another hotel. The hotel owner could not reach hotels.com by phone and i tried the virtual chat as there are no contact numbers for them. "I hate giving bad reviews, but this will be one of those. But not completely negative. The hotel itself is absolutely breath-takingly beautiful. Marble staircase, a pool which could be from a movie, greenery and shrubbery gently surround the hotel structure. The hotel is truly idyllic. "The hotel is very well placed, but in this off-season, the rooftop was closed, which is too bad. Also, the rooms are a bit out of date and the bathroom only had a spa tub; no shower."
