Great little villa with magnificent panoramic sea view on the Velebit mountain, will definitely take your breath away. It's situated on top-location, far away from crowded city, surrounded by mountains and sea. Happy place ideal for your family and friends.
This beautiful villa with swimming pool is located in the small village of Zunici, just 1.9 km from the coastal town of Vinjerac and the sea and beach. The interesting city of Zadar is 33 km away and the Paklenica National Park is 30 km away.

The 50 m² holiday home can accommodate up to six people. The house has 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower. A sofa bed in the living area (180 x 135 cm) offers space for 2 people (best suited for children).
Outside you will find a beautiful swimming pool, furnished terrace and barbecue facilities. Another highlight is the roof terrace which offers a magnificent view of the sea and the Velebit mountains.
The maximum privacy and peaceful vacation is guaranteed.
In the fisherman village Vinjerac there is one of the most famous restaurants in Dalmatian area called Peco. Famous for extra fresh fish and great dalmatian specialties.

Pisak Beach is 2.6 km from the property. The nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 38 km away. The property offers paid airport shuttle service.

Special place!
Danijela and her partner Edwin were great hosts! They had excellent communication throughout the entire check in and check out process. You can tell they take great pride in their house, which they renovated themselves. They have made a great little oasis using space wisely in the whole build. Pool was awesome and Edwin cleaned it frequently while being careful to give us our privacy. We did have some strong winds during our stay but overall had really nice sunny weather.

Extraordinary journey!
We had a fantastic stay - loved the villa which had everything we needed (home from home). Very thoughtful use of space. Welcome gift of fruit, biscuits and wine was lovely to arrive to. There is plenty of outside space to just chill and enjoy the pool and spectacular views which you have to see to truly appreciate. We especially enjoyed evenings on the roof terrace watching the sunset (and then the moon) - very peaceful. Just a short 5 min drive to the nearest excellent restaurant (definitely recommend) in Vinjerac. It was a great base from which to explore the area - stunning parks with lakes and waterfalls (Krka and Plitvice - car needed). Danijela and Edwin were so helpful and responsive throughout and very accommodating with our late arrival . It was our first visit to Croatia and we will be back!

Great views
Loved staying at this property and couldn't beat the view which was stunning. Property was better than photos suggested and well equipped. Not the biggest property in the world but as we were renting as a couple only it met all our needs. Hosts were brilliant and kept in touch throughout trip.
