Centrally located, our house is a stone's throw away from the city centre, shops, and the bustling amenities of Portsmouth and Southsea. Easy accessibility ensures you can explore the best of what this maritime city has to offer.
Located in an inner city residential area of traditional terraced houses, there are numerous local amenities a such as supermarkets and local restaurants close to the property while also being a short walk to the main city centre and shopping precinct of Commercial Road.
The historic dockyard, Gunwharf Quays, Southsea beach and amenities of central Southsea are all within a short drive or bus ride away.
There are many local amenities within walking distance of the property including the shops and restaurants of Kingston Road a few minutes from the property. The main centre of Commercial Road and the shopping precinct are around a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. The historic dockyard, Gunwharf Quays, Southsea beach and amenities of central Southsea are all within a short drive or bus ride away.
We do not advertise parking as we cannot guarantee a space near the property at all times, however there is free on street parking throughout the area on the road and all surrounding roads. There are plenty of spaces in the daytime but this does get extremely busy in the evenings and you may have to park on another Road a short walk from the house.
There are numerous bus stops in the area linking with networks accrross the city and further afield, the property is also around a 25 minute walk to both Fratton and Portsmouth & Southsea railway stations with direct links to London Waterloo and other regional destinations.
Please note, there is free on street parking throughout the area, but this does get very busy in the evenings and we do not advertise parking with the property. You can often find parking in the road but you may have to park a short walk from the house or in another road.
The property is a lovely home in a quiet area, out of respect for neighbours we request that noise is kept to normal levels at all times and to a minimum at nighttime during quiet hours. No parties or events are permitted.
