The Space:
Bedroom 1: The First bedroom is located on the first floor with two twin beds
Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom is located on the second floor with queen size bed
Bedroom 3: The Third bedroom is located on second floor with a queen size bed
*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.
There are a total of two full bathrooms that are fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap and 1 half bath.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

Getting Around:
Guests are given two parking spots. Public parking next to the building, preferably use the spot right behind the back door
All additional vehicles will need to park on the street. Host is not responsible for issues associated with street parking.
Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
•Up to 2 house trained pets (dogs and cats only) are allowed in the rental. We just ask the following:
Pets not be allowed on the beds
-When pets are left alone, ideally, they are left in crates. Otherwise, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom should be left shut.
-There is a $35 pet fee is excessive hair is found on the furniture.
Check-out Instructions
- Check-out is 11am
- Clean the dishes & return them.
- Turn TV off
- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter
- Lock door behind you
